INFORMATION ADVICE AND GUIDANCE
All learners undertaking training at Upper Cut are entitled to specialist support when there are any concerns as to their welfare, safety or well-being. When necessary, positive support mechanisms are put in place in order to facilitate the achievement of the learner’s learning goals. Links to individual learner’s ILPs provide a coherent approach/record to additional support.
Learner support and welfare management reports are produced to identify any potential issues, to plan for additional resources and to support the welfare and wellbeing of learners.
